Saluting Men Working to End Domestic Violence 2010

It's not often that you see a PSA on domestic violence from a man's perspective. Be sure to watch this video from Paul Varga:

At MTM we've been long-time supporters of Joe Torre's efforts to help kids recover from domestic violence in their homes. See our post at  and visit http://joetorre.org to learn more.
This month we have an extra chance to assist by voting for them in the Pepsi Refresh grant challenge! Joe Torre's Safe at Home Foundation is in the running to win a $250,000 grant to expand their services. Vote here!
The goals are ones we as Alpha Chi Omegas all support:
  • Educate to end the cycle of domestic violence and save lives
  • Provide teens experiencing abuse with a safe space & counseling
  • Educate students, faculty, and families about domestic violence
  • Create a school community centered on non-violence
