Mu Tau Mu of Alpha Chi Omega

As you know Alpha Chi Omega and other Greek leaders have been working for the last couple of years to have Congress pass the Collegiate Housing and Infrastructure Act. We now have an opportunity for all Alpha Chi Omegas to participate in this effort through a grassroots letter writing campaign. To send a letter visit www.fraternalcaucus.com and choose "Contact Congress."

We encourage you to participate in the campaign. The items below provide some historical background on the letter writing campaign. From 2006 are (1) a memorandum to collegiate chapter presidents and alumnae describing the campaign, (2) a 1-pager explaining the Collegiate Housing and Infrastructure Act, (3) a 1-pager about the Greek system, (4) the form letters that are specific to your role in the organization, and (5) two Excel ^® charts containing contact information, one for Senators who are not co-sponsors of S.713, and one for Representatives who are not co-sponsors of H.R.1548. The original deadline for this letter writing campaign was September 15, 2005, but it is in its second phase now with an April 15th end date. The sample letters below are from 2006 as well.
