Alpha Chi Omega Star Booth Form!

Purchase a star and honor a sister!! 

The Star Booth is an Alpha Chi Omega Convention tradition – for a small gift ($10) you buy a star in honor of another sister. Her name is displayed (on a big paper star) at Convention and she receives a gold star to wear on her nametag (one for each star purchased in her honor). If you’d like to purchase one or two (or more), download the form below. If you order in advance you can also include a note for the sister. You do not need to attend Convention to participate! All proceeds benefit Alpha Chi Omega Foundation!
