The Alumnae Appreciation Award goes to a woman who's shown a lifetime of dedication to Alpha Chi Omega: "This award recognizes alumnae who have given their volunteer hours to Alpha Chi Omega faithfully and unselfishly through the years." It is also due February 1st and can be downloaded here.

And finally the Award of Achievement  "recognizes outstanding alumnae who have made significant contributions resulting in national recognition in their chosen fields." The form here is due February 1st.
